Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds: We offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the hair bundles must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
